Classic mode gives you the feeling of using an analogue dictation recorder, so that you can focus on the essentials while retaining the benefits of digital technology.

  The DSS format was developed for use in digital dictation recorders, resulting in high compression and minimal loss of quality. With the DSS format, you can also store extra information with the audio files, which makes it easier to organise and transcribe the dictated files. The MP3 format is the most common audio format for storing audio in general, and also a de facto standard for transferring and playing back on digital audio players.
