  The cloud-based dictation solution Philips SpeechLive gives the user access to the files via an ordinary browser, providing increased flexibility and mobility. With SpeechLive, authors can dictate with their smartphone anywhere and send dictations directly to the SpeechExec Pro software of the typist. SpeechLive also has a speech recognition service with a general vocabulary, for fast and automatic conversion from speech to text.

  With the integrated dictation recorder, authors can record directly into the SpeechExec software. The software works perfectly with Philips SpeechMike microphones and enables quick and easy control of all recording and playback functions, such as insert, overwrite and append. The function buttons can be programmed individually for ease of use.

• Automated file retrieval for fast and convenient job routing

  SpeechExec Pro allows authors and typists to automatically download all dictations from the dictation recorder directly into the software and then automatically reroute the audio file directly to the right person via the local network, an FTP server, SpeechLive or email.

  The speech recognition software from Dragon is an optional extra that can be linked into the workflow offered by SpeechExec Pro. Whether the author dictates directly into the software with a Philips microphone or uploads recorded files from a voice recorder, they will get very good speech recognition results that help to reduce the time from dictation to text.
  
  Please note that Dragon is currently not available in Swedish. For Swedish speech recognition we recommend Philips SpeechLive, which also has full integration with SpeechExec Pro and supports speech recognition in 22 different languages.

• Transcription player with foot control for hands-free playback

  The software comes with a convenient integrated transcription module with options for playback, pause, and fast forward and rewind. Together with a configurable Philips foot control, convenient and fast transcription is made possible. Predefined templates can also be used, so documents are created automatically with a suitable heading and footer, which increases the time saving further.
