Philips SpeechLive Professional AI Assistant turns your recordings and attached files into finished document drafts - in your own template, whatever your industry. Speak once and get a formatted first draft to review in minutes instead of formatting it yourself.

		AI speech recognition Speech becomes accurate text before the AI Assistant starts building the document. Works with both uploaded audio and live dictation, across web, desktop and mobile - and performs reliably with multiple speakers and in noisy environments.
		Structured documents in your template Speak once and get a structured document mapped to your template - not a raw transcript. The AI Assistant identifies the context and key facts and places them under the right heading in the right order.
		Multimodal input Combine the recording with up to five attached files - correspondence, notes, PDFs and images. Supports .txt, .docx, .pdf, .jpeg, .png, .bmp and .heif. Only information relevant to the selected template is used.
		Custom templates on demand Describe the template you need in plain language and the AI Assistant builds the structure in seconds. Create your own templates for different document types, clients or processes instead of fitting your work around a fixed library.
		Natural language editing Simply tell the Assistant to "shorten section 3" or "add a summary" instead of formatting by hand. Edit in the editor or through the AI chat, with auto-saving. Templates can be adjusted by text or by voice.
		ISO, GDPR & EU AI Act ISO 9001, ISO 27001 and ISO 14001 certified, GDPR compliant and aligned with the EU AI Act. Role-based access controls and regional data storage on Microsoft Azure. Data is never used to train AI models.

How SpeechLive Professional AI Assistant works in three steps

1. Record and describe the template
Record straight into the Assistant or upload an existing audio file. Speak naturally - no punctuation commands needed. Then describe in plain language what document you need, and the AI Assistant builds a template with the right sections and placeholders.

2. Generate the document
Add the supporting material the Assistant should work from - correspondence, notes, reports, PDFs or images, up to five files. The Assistant populates the template with what you said and pulls the relevant facts out of the attachments.


3. Review yourself or delegate
Edit manually or in natural language, approve it yourself or send it on to a colleague in SpeechLive for the final check. Export to Word, PDF or text.

The Assistant runs in the browser and on mobile. You pick a template, record or upload, and get the draft in the same view where you edit it - manually or by talking to the AI chat.

The AI Assistant is a layer on top of the SpeechLive platform you already use. Recordings, transcripts, documents and tasks can be passed to a colleague or a typing pool within the same subscription, who carry on working in SpeechLive with the same tools as before. Documents remain editable in both SpeechLive and SpeechLive Professional, so you keep the workflow you have and add AI documentation on top of it.

Certifications and data handling
Your data is private to you. All SpeechLive data is stored regionally on Microsoft Azure servers to meet legal requirements, and is never used to train AI models. AI-processed data is cleared automatically after processing, deleted material can be recovered for up to 30 days, and access is governed by role-based controls.

        

What SpeechLive Professional AI Assistant is NOT
SpeechLive Professional is a tool that supports your work - it does not replace it. AI-generated drafts must always be reviewed before they are used, sent on or filed. Names, dates, figures and facts need to be checked against the source material, and the judgement of what is relevant is always yours. You stay in full control and can edit, approve or reject the AI's suggestions.

Please note! SpeechLive Professional AI Assistant requires a subscription to Philips SpeechLive Enterprise, 12 months. The price for SpeechLive Professional AI Assistant is per user and renews automatically together with your Philips SpeechLive subscription and for the same subscription period.

The price stated for this product applies if you have a 12-month Philips SpeechLive subscription; with a 24-month subscription the cost is doubled. If you have purchased Philips SpeechLive Enterprise, 3 months, SpeechLive Professional AI Assistant will still be billed per 12 months.
